Lease Agreement

E-Z Boat Lease Form
On this form you will enter information about you, your boat, and your family and friends to grant access to the boat. Details for the leased unit will be added upon arrival of you and the boat for initial valet/storage.

Be sure to confirm with management availability of a unit for your boat before filling out this lease. Check Availability

Access Authorization

On this form you will select various boat dealers, repair shops, and detailers to grant access to your stall for purposes of maintaining your boat.

Auto Pay Authorization

Use this form to authorize E-Z Boat Storage & Valet Launch to debit credit card or bank account monthly during the term of your lease.
