I have been a tenant now for 14 years and have never had a problem with service. This is a top notch outfit and I am so pleased how easy Leo and his team make boating such a pleasure. Leo and I go back to when he first started working there and I can't offer him enough praise. He treats everyone with respect and goes out of his way to make sure you get what you need and are a happy customer. Leo you truly know what good customer service is. Of course when you come across a great business such as this, something must be said about the owner. Dana you run an excellent facility both the campground and the boat launch. I challenge anyone to find a better maintained facility with employees who take their job seriously. As I said I have been with you for 14 years and God willing I be with you another 14. We have been tenants since 2/2016 with our 24’ Cabin Cruiser and since 5/2016 with our 17’ Jet Boat. If you have to store your boat this is the way to go – “Valet Launch there is no substitute” The rental price is comparable and the units are clean, well maintained and all have concrete drives. There are multiple wide and deep boat launches and multiple tractors so basically no or very little wait time. All of the staff like Baylee have a Fantastic Attitude, Exceptional Customer Service and Great Driving Skills and trust them completely with moving our baby in and out of the stall and lake as they all do it like pros. We recommend E-Z Boat Storage to anyone who wants a Fantastic, Clean, and Easy Access Dry Service Facility on the main body of the lake. John & Sidonia Golden (Magic Lady)

I stored a boat there for about 10 years while living overseas and was able to enjoy it hassle free on the limited occasions my family and I were home on annual vacation. Never had it broken into and the valet service was (is) great. We moved back and now have a house on the water at Conroe with boat lift but we still choose to store our new boat there when we are away and during the winter months. Staff is courteous and they seem to regularly put pesticides down in the stalls. Also convenient for service people to access my boat through permissions set with the manager. We have recommended this place to a number of friends.

Very well run facility, good service. My only dissatisfaction is no late night service.

Their service is a marriage saver. For years I had to rely on the wife to pull the truck and trailer out of the water or back it in and it was a catastrophe nearly every time. Now it is awesome. The only suggestion I have is that you send out monthly "rent due" reminders, because I always forget.

Love EZ Storage. We are not at all proficient at moving our boat around on the trailer so we count on the experts. Always great to just hop in and leave the work up to the great valets. The facility is always spotless. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to make their boating experience as pleasant as possible.

My total boating / fishing experience is always better because of the excellent courteous assistance from the valets and tractors that handle launching tasks. Your facility is second to none and I have happily recommended your services to several other boaters.
